Join the Santa Clara County Superior Court Civil Supervising Judge and Case Managers for our annual live in-person discussion on civil practice in Santa Clara County. Our discussion will cover topics of interest to civil litigation practitioners on navigating civil practice in Santa Clara County with ex parte applications, default judgments, law and motion, trials and much more. This year, the court has several new case managers, changed hearing dates and added new procedures. Topics to be covered include:
