The Santa Clara- County Bar Association and its sister Foundation are, respectively, nonprofit 501c(6) and 501c(3) tax exempt organizations dedicated to improving our legal landscape through education for lawyers, judges, legal professionals and law students, advocacy through our community legal services and community engagement through our law-related education for young people and our professional gatherings.

All contributions to the Foundation are 100% tax deductible and support the important work of the Foundation and its initiatives, e.g. High School Mock Trial and BAMSCP. Please notify us at info@sccba.com if you wish your contribution to go to the Foundation.

Gifts made to the Association may be deducted as a business expense. Check with your tax consultant.
