Entrepreneur’s Bootcamp Session 3 – IP & Employment

The Entrepreneur’s Bootcamp Seminar Series is a three-part series hosted by Jay Landrum, David Bellumori, and Kevin Landis. This seminar series, based on Jay Landrum’s book The Entrepreneur’s Survival Guide, is designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, attorneys, CPAs and other professionals interested in gaining a better understanding of business law and the legal and operational considerations involved in starting and running a business.

These sessions can be attended in person or remotely. Each session covers common legal challenges and business requirements faced by new companies and offers 3.0 MCLE credit for attorneys.

Session 3 – IP & Employment

Participants will gain a practical understanding of key legal issues businesses commonly face, including intellectual property protection, employment classification, contracts, data privacy, and dispute resolution. The session will cover topics such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, employee vs. independent contractor requirements, business agreements, digital signatures, and strategies for protecting proprietary business information.
