Description

Join us for this virtual basic training in Mandatory Fee Arbitration (MFA). Upon completion, you will be eligible to join any fee arbitration program in the state of California. This training is open to both CA licensed attorneys in practice 5 years or more, and laypersons with no legal background  who have an interest in civic engagement. Following the training, participants are invited to apply to SCCBA's Mandatory Fee Arbitration to become a volunteer arbitrator. This training will be led by experienced fee arbitrators who are members of the SCCBA MFA Executive Committee.
