Personal Injury
Michael Geller is the founder of Geller Legal, a California personal injury law firm representing individuals and families who have been harmed by the negligence of others. His practice includes motor vehicle collisions, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims.
Before becoming an attorney, Michael practiced as a physician assistant for seven years, including work in pain medicine. His medical background allows him to understand complex injuries, treatment plans, medical records, and the long-term effects an injury can have on a client’s health, family, and livelihood.
Michael approaches each case with careful preparation, personal attention, and clear communication. He handles communications with insurance companies, develops the medical and factual evidence supporting each claim, and works to obtain meaningful compensation for his clients.
Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and his Master of Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business. He is admitted to practice law in California and Illinois and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California.
In addition to his legal education, Michael is a former physician assistant with substantial clinical experience in pain medicine. This combination of legal, medical, and business training provides him with a distinctive perspective when evaluating injuries, calculating damages, working with medical professionals, and presenting claims to insurance companies.
Michael represents personal injury clients throughout California through Geller Legal, with offices serving the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles.
