Description

How do you authenticate an email at trial? What steps are necessary for evidence to be admissible? Go beyond reading the Evidence Code with this practical seminar on admissibility of evidence at trial. This course will be divided in two sections to cover the admissibility rules and practical steps for admitting evidence. After the Evidence overview, attendees will gain experience in small groups walking through the admissibility steps with different mock trial exhibits from the common to complicated. Join us for hands on application of the admissibility rules with experienced litigators and judges.
