Description

Participants will have the opportunity to work with experienced practitioners on approaches to mediation, how to manage difficult clients, how to effectively communicate your client's position to the mediator, how to best position your client to reach a resolution, and time management during mediation.

Hypotheticals will be presented and participants will have the opportunity to try different approaches.
