Description

This program offers critical guidance for criminal defense attorneys, immigration practitioners, and legal professionals on identifying and minimizing the immigration consequences of criminal charges. Participants will gain an understanding of how criminal convictions can impact immigration status—including deportation, inadmissibility, and denial of relief—and explore practical strategies for mitigating these risks.
