Equity Compensation and Retirement Plans

Description

The program provides basic information about equity compensation (RSUs, options & other types) and retirement plans. We will discuss how equity compensation is treated in divorce for purposes of calculating income available for support and property division. We will also discuss what documents are needed for the analysis and division of equity compensation and retirement plans, possible complications in the division and whether to involve a forensic expert.
