Annual Statewide Complex Courts Symposium

Due to the online nature of the seminar, there will be no same-day registrations. Registrants will receive their log-in information via email the day of the event.

If you are a lawyer who appears in California’s complex courts, don’t miss this year’s Complex Court Symposium on December 7, 2021. Judges from complex courts across California will share their views on litigating in the complex courts.

This year’s topics will include issues relating to class actions and representative PAGA actions, courtroom technology in complex cases, and cutting-edge trade secrets issues. These panel discussions will inform and assist all practitioners, regardless of experience level. This program is presented by the Santa Clara County Bar Association, with appreciation to the judges of the Complex Courts in California for their participation.
